 Turnaround times vary based on the type and complexity of the garment. Simple alterations may be completed within a few days to a few hours, while more detailed tailoring for wedding dresses and formal wear may take longer. We offer flexible appointment options and strive for timely service. 

 Yes, we highly recommend making an appointment to ensure personalized fitting and service. Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling an appointment will guarantee availability since we currently operate by appointment only.

 Yes, Alcinda Alterations LLC offers rush services on select alterations. Please call ahead to check availability and discuss your specific needs. 

For best results, bring garments to be altered/tailored, any items you plan to wear with the garment, such as shoes for hem adjustments or specific undergarments, undergarments, and so on. This helps ensure accurate measurements for a perfect fit.

 Absolutely!  We specialize in wedding dress alterations, including fitting adjustments, hemming, resizing, and custom modifications to ensure your gown fits beautifully on your special day.  We also provide expert alterations for bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride gowns, and other wedding party attire to create a cohesive, tailored look for your entire bridal party.

 We recommend scheduling your wedding dress fitting at least 2-3 months before your wedding. This allows time for multiple fittings if needed, and ensures a perfect fit without rush. However, we understand that sometimes you might not have 2-3 months, so that's fine. We have rushed alterations before and the bride or bridal parties were extremely happy with the result. So we advise you to contact us.

 While we recommend scheduling in advance, we understand that last-minute needs happen. Contact us to inquire about rush or same-day services for wedding and prom dresses, based on availability. 

 Most wedding and prom dress alterations require 2-3 fittings, while most wedding parties require 2 fittings to achieve the best results. Our team will work with you to schedule these appointments for your convenience. 

 Yes, we offer custom alterations, including adding or removing sleeves, adjusting necklines, and adding embellishments. Our goal is to make your dress as unique as you are.
